Being Jim's producer, what specific mics and techniques were used to create that special sound that Jim and Maury had? Did Jim ever share with you his plans and dreams for the future? If he did, what do you think he'd be up to today? Are you planning to release anything in the near future, on you own or with Terry Cashman? What advice would you give to a struggling song writer? Are there any songs Jim wrote that you've changed, either lyrically of musically that ended up as we know it today? Is it true you have a tape from Jim's final concert at the Prathers Coliseum on September 20th, 1973, and are there any plans for it? |

Were there any plans for another album after "I Got A Name," and would we have heard more electric guitar parts like in "Top Hat Bar and Grill" and "Five Short Minutes of Love?" What in your opinion made Jim use Ovations over Martins later in his career? Did Jim play any other instruments besides the guitar? What's one fact that people don't know about Jim, Maury, and yourself? We all know that the "Nashville Tribute Album" was pretty weak. If you had a chance to pick the artists, who would you like to see record some of Jim's songs? We understand that Jim was being considered for a summer replacement for the tonight show. Did he ever appear on that show, and do any clips exist? |
